I haven't been paying attention. What's up with winz' config?

Winz has been using some heavily tweaked cfg in eswc. He could see more clearly trough rocket splash damage and something like that. Some people on the audience at eswc called him "config cheater". There were a few other players that had tweaked cfgs but didn't do so well, so now all the whining is on winz.

Don't know any more details, I haven't been on eswc myself.
