Edge of Reality, the organiser of CPL Singapore, clarifies that travel to CPL 2006 Championship Finals will only be awarded should a Singaporean player and/or team win the top placing.

Come this September, the Cyberathlete Professional League (CPL) Singapore 2006 billed as “The Ultimate Southeast Asian Shootout” will descend upon Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza, Singapore’s most well-known and vibrant shopping district of Orchard Road.
For the second consecutive year, Singapore will have the honours of hosting CPL again. This year, Singapore stands as the first qualifier of the CPL Winter Championship International Series 2006, and is also the only qualifier in Southeast Asia. With each qualifier, gamers from around the world will seek to outwit and outplay their opponents in two highly popular games – Counter-Strike 1.6 and Quake 4 to earn a berth at the CPL Winter 2006 Championship in Texas in December and emerge the ultimate winners!
