I cancelled my account back in May and they're charging me for use in July AND June ($200 total). I'm gonna call tomorrow and try to pursuade them reverse this but I have a feeling my call will do no good. Anybody have advice on how to deal with the problem (specifically, what to say)?

*UPDATE* I called them, they recognized the problem, and everything's now okay. (I don't have to pay anything =))
