known fact if i recall correctly but it's more the pro-olympic gymnasts.
read a few articles on the web about it, interesting stuff. a lot claim they don't use weights either, one olympic instructor said the average bodybuilder will do two types of dips where the average gymnast has 17 variations of dips alone. wtfomgbbq :(
ye i know some gymnasts. seriously the amount of bodyweight training they do is insane. well obviously cause that is their trade :) but you know, the majority don't use weights that's true.
funny thing how you say "yo ushould see his abs" if they are the same as the ones he posted on his blogg or whatever I must apologize and then laugh..he has a skinnypack (when you are so skinny the muscles show no matter what). I agree that he is bigger than what he used to be but come on, he is still at like 65kg? :E
hehe true teal :), but he has come a long way and from what i understand he realy likes powertraining and i think by wcg he will have gained a bit more, no doubt that he is on sports nutritions (but not anabolics :), some creatine and protein prolly ) but nothing wrong with that imho :).
tox is into powertraining to as it seems :), let's c who owns who :), but i think tox will have to lose some mass instead of gain :D.
