i made a whois of the originating ip and the location it returned was Location: France [City: Sevres, Ile-De-France] ( http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/whois.ch?ip=62.212.123.58 ).... is this correct? please if someone knows how to trace better an email ... we would really appreciate it

Looks like you're on the right track. I did a trace route on the X-Originating-IP address and it points back to a DSL ISP in France called Nerim. (http://www.nerim.net/)

1) What is the company's name.
1.1) Who is this Russian Gamer? Is it Cooller, if not who?
1.2) How did he come across this guy? what kind of correspondence does he have with them? I would guess e-mails? Letters? Contracts?
1.3) Does France require a work permit? (i assume so) if so has one been filed under his name?

2) What is the school's name.
2.1) It's in Marseille, there can't be that many there?

Well there are two points of contact, this school, and this company he was also supposed to working for. If both of those know nothing, and haven't seen him, well I would of thought it's fairly obvious to ring the police or at least the embassy.

Just seems rather odd they go through every gaming sight posting news like this, but as yet his whole family don't know the schools name, where it is, who he is staying with, what this company is called.. nothing.
