How do I sync the demo and shoutcast? =P

It is a "proper" pov, my pov, as it matches the shoutcast and whilst you might not like it, this was the request made by the guys in the qubism channel. If you dont like it, you delete it.

a pov that changes litereraly every 10 seconds ain't really proper in my book. ok if some people asked to upload it, but I'm pretty sure the majority of the people that download this find it not really pleasant to watch. does uploading your own demo makes you subjective or something?

well maybe the shoutcaster's pov would be useful if you want to listen to the shoutcast while watching? or how would you sync that otherwise?

yea a nice feature for CPMA would be a self POV bind in demo playback ie. u can view whatever pov you want like a normal MVD, but when you press the specPOV bind you can view it as the spec(shoutcaster?) saw the action.

But I would have much prefered an MVD over what is uploaded here.

i agree with cyrax though. even though one can never follow all players at the same time, you can't beat a single pov of one of the better players for viewing pleasure. and nothing is more annoying than seeing "wow! a duel between two great players" only to find the guy recording it is a spasmic right-clicker.i think most of your audience would agree on that.

OSP has whatever fps movement depending on the fps you got, it's like that by definition? and I don't see how 76fps got anything to do with this anyway as CPMA is not using '76fps', it's a myth

If you move around on a dedicated OSP server with 76clientfps and try various jumps (e.g. jumping up to shards edge near rail on ztn) you will see that it is at least very close to what the CPMA physics currently are. That is (or should be) why everyone is calling it 76fps physics, but actually the CPMA jump height got not fixed to the value you know from 76fps and OSP, it simply cleaned up the messy and buggy code and as result you get the current physics. The point is that alot of people don't seem to understand that it was not the CPMA team/arQon forcing you to now jump with 76fps height instead of 125fps height because they think OSPers are idiots or want to tell them they suck at movement and can't do b2r properly, but because the whole thing was meant to be like that from the start but id screwed it up with messy code.

and I don't really care anymore what some guys want to think either, it's just that I got so much free time since yesterday xD. no hard feelings :)

I dont really know that myself, I think he once said it would screw up the whole combination of fixed physics/netcode hax but then again I can't see how a simple difference in jump height would do that (different code is another story). Guess only arQon knows for real :>

we used it for our cup to see if it is competition ready, but in the way it is now, its not, Johanson(the mapper) is about to join our mapping-team, so he will maybe fix the bugs and change a bit about the mid.
