Interesting tunes. Good flow. Nice mixing. Rhythmic and restrained cutting and EQ work. The basslines and trancey elements kept me hooked. Oh, god I love the sound of vinyl. So unclean, so deep.

I have an elder brother (34) that's been DJ'ing for ~10years mainly in Copenhagen under aliases like DJ Mikkas, Ben Horn, Def Jaguar, Djuma Soundsystem etc. Had one #1 single on beatport.com five weeks in a row this summer. He has made me listen to quite some techno/house/reggea and various DJ mixes, so I've listened to a lot and your's were really nice! Great flow :) Do you work as a DJ, or is it just a hobby?

Beyond the obvious simplicity of it there is a lot more to think about. Reading some crowds is difficult. Judging promos and other records that people aren't familiar with and find a place to use them isn't easy unless you've developed a wide knowledge of a specific genre or in some cases, many genres. Then there's the flow of a set which isn't as revelant on a consicious level to the standard listener but there are people that can appreciate the effort you put into flow. Technical skills like cutting, scratching, EQ control and effects usage. Even the simplest of skills like beat-matching can take a while until you can naturally judge the tempo.

You'll always get showoff DJs who care more about making themselves look good to gain popularity infront of people but for every 10 of them, there's 1 person who actually cares about the music and the feelings it brings out in individuals and collectives alike.

no, yousendit has a download limit of like 100 (or 25 or smt really low), megaupload makes u wait 40 seconds and anyone can download it an unlimited amount of times (afaik) and itl stay on megaupload for about a month.
