i knew fox was good, but he has been practicing lots apparently.

i can't believe he lost the monsoon match. unbelievable. unreal comeback by sir tox. he fooled fox so many times when fox was trying to double back in the final 3 minutes to avoid being fragged and hold some time out on the clock. just goes to show that you may know a player like the back of your hand, but in a tournament situation, sometimes it all goes out the window.

toxic didn't fool fox fox tried to be too clever too many times, he was doing it all the way through and by the end it didnt work anymore as toxic had caught on

well it's never really one way or the other when it happens that many times, because in the beginning it was working. then it stopped working when he tried to over-do it and tox caught up.

Come off it ive seen better games in quake 3 but that was just an example of when not to bleed the clock. Fox should of hid around 1min that way he would of had decent map control in the end fox was just running in circles with 100/20 and Toxic kept chasing him with 150/150 and a decent shaft.

Players tend to do the same mistake over and over again. They hide too early and by that lose all of the items and whats even worse. They lose timings and the feeling for the match.
Well must be the nerves, I guess.

Still I think the overall skill is on a level I have never seen before. Some q3 games surely got close, but tox is just too perfect right now...
