yeah not a bad site, i think there is actually a Nintendo DS game that has similar exercises. There's a pc port of the game also i believe, called "Brain Train Age"

I played it a while back, but stopped after the four months.. It's kinda addictive, you become competitive and try to break the records and rise above your respective age-group and "number-of-tries-group".. I managed to to get all-time-high-score on the first task, simple reaction time test - with 120ms or so avg. over 10-15 runs :D Let me know if I'm still there if you join..

I've been thinking of going back really, had some noticeable effects on overall thinking; sped up perception and simple decision-making significantly, but also focus and alertness. Especially noticed the effects while juggling or catching something unexpected.

Anyhow, in retrospect i don't think it was wasted; much like going to the gym or whatever.
