I think the changes in 1.4 are going to hinder him.
Q4 was perfect for him in 06, hitscan and simple levels.

With more intricate levels and less emphasis on rail I don't see him beating people like FooKi, fox, socrates (who will benfit from the 2007 chagnes in maps and gameplay) and I see some classic /quit moments.

Prove me wrong IVO :)

He would still pwn me, but I don't build my career around playing a computer game.

The only time I ever tried to be a progamer was when I was a teenager.

The result of that was I got hired by the company of a game I was an expert in and worked on design elements of the followup.

Got to know what it's like to earn 6 figures in one year.
Got to know what it's like to win Baftas.
Got to know what it's like to get stalked around E3.
Go to know what it's like to get free trips to E3.
Got to know what it's like to work with some of the best people in the game industry on over 22 million selling games.
All that by 22 aswell.

The warped definition of success around here astounds me.
I'll take mine thankyou very much.

Nope got offered a job in germany to work on Crysis (turned it down),wanted to pursue my dream of working in the USA.
got a job there, could not get a full-time visa due to red tape, so now doing my own thing with the goal of being my own boss and not being an wage salve and selling out my talent and passion.

It's anything but down.

No I was about 22. I put some of it in a shared house, bought nice cars, took nice holidays etc.

I have probably gambled about 2k in my entire life.
I had several friends who went to UNI, very smart people, 2 of them got in deep shit over gambling and everytime i see him pulling pints in the local pub it's a stark reminder.

sorry but i'd rather watch a decent match of Q4 1.4.
minzu says you can get it off gotfrag, I just find it a bit disappointing this rar only had the 1 worthless 2 minute demo primarily here to take the piss out of forever. The guy might be a dork but acting like this is far worse. It's like comparing bigbrother contestants to the people who watch it all day on the internet. Who's worse, the idiots in the house or the idiots stroking their cocks at how superior they are?

Well in the first main battle Purri survived with 1 health.
Given that the battle was the result of a 4 second shaft vs shaft battle then connection no doubt determined the first kill.

Sometimes you get a shite start and it just get's worse and worse to the point where you want to quit.
I get the feeling this emotion is a lot worse for Forever.

It's just an online bit of fun anyway. LAN is what matters.
