and what do u mean by random shaft? im guessing its when i fire it randomly? i dont have gun visible so sometimes when I try to switch to a dif weapon and fire quickly (usually a grenade) i wont have any ammo or it just wont switch and ill fire the gun im using..

i haven't watched the demos so you could be talking about something different :P

no i mean the hitscan is very random, sometimes i see you firing cell for cell into your enemy but it just wont make that "beep" sound...

ah ok.. nah my aim just sucks :p

any tips on how to get these demos to play, don't wanna work for me in q4replay.. had that with a few recently, yet the last naymlis demos worked fine =/

i stopped using q4replay a long time ago when q4max did some stuff with their demo menu/loader.. now i just load up a demo through the menu and itll tell me how many missing maps if any i need, then ill look in console for all the names (condump if more than a couple) and download off q4files.escapedturkey.net and then itll load fine.

try loading through the menu and look in console if it still doesn't load.. should tell you what the problem is
