besides, cpma is the mod (like osp), cpm is the set of gameplay rules (like vq3).

he had 45% vs fooki (even tho he lost 30 - 0 or smth :P), fooki was always stacked 200 200 but after a shaft fight he got away with max 50hp ;)

Well fooki isn't known for great lg dodging, I know that since I'm a shaft whore and I've played hundreds of games with fooki. so that percentage says nothing tbh.

not impressed. any semi serious pro can shoot 40+ lg if they shot like LuGia does. Not spamming and rarely using lg in difficult situations. Most of the time it's shot when the guy is going in straight lines or right at him or in mid air. Bout avg as any other semi serious pro player with it when going back and forth.

Practice and set cg_xerpclients 1. Pretty easy to get 40% lg.

no, lugia`s lg tracking is very impressive yes
but there are many guys out there who are better at cpm (overall skillwise)
