The problem with the levels you're probably on with the Wrong is Right pad and the one with the missing pictures is the fact that they're a dead end. :<
Since the title tells you that it's acronimous, and you look at the source it says something like "Bought in November and resold yesterday." If you take that sentance and get the acronym from it, you get the word "Binary." Using the flashing modem lights as binary code and then decoding it will get you the answer.
The numbers 3,1,2,8,7, 10 are all supposed to point to the corresponding tracks. The numbers on the right side of the equals sign, 9, 2, 2, 9, 14, 7, all point to a letter in the corresponding track.

I have "I_Have_A_Dream.txt", "writing.txt" and a pic which says "dear visitor check the tiles rooted behind the arid dry sand". The state of liberty says we have to make the window smaller so i made the notepad window which i open the files smaller.. but i don't know how small to make it. or maybe im off?

On the lamp hangs the outer ring of a crypto disc. There's a picture you can download. Some letters are marked (increase contrast) - they give the inner ring. The message to decrypt is in the comment. Searching for the author hints you at the Alberti cipher.
Wikipedia has quite some varieties of the cipher. This one is not exactly listed.
Start with the first letter of the ciphertext as the letter on the inner disc to align to "A" on the outer disc.

i'm stuck at level 18 can someone please help me with it?? it's the one with the modem. i found the binary numbers through the lights of the modem and then converted the binary numbers to decimal. but now what should i do? i added them together and i got 495. i thought 4, 9 and 5 are the numbers of the letters,so i thought the code was “die”, but it isn’t.
