Anyway im not saying you played badly but opposite.

I was saying the reason why I killed him was not because I got the RA Spawn. He could have easily got 200/50 + rail and went to ssg trying to pick me off. He played otherwise and I got some frags. It wasn't the spawns, it was how we played them that helped determine the game.

Oh plz we all know no american could beat the great swedish god purri in quake 2. if they did it was all lucky spawns and lucky shots.

What's your best map, ztn3 or dm1 The Edge ?

chastity belt/rage/edge are my best maps. I know them all inside and out (and enjoy them unlike several other q2 maps). Edge is not a good duel map imo but it's still one of my best.

I would have enjoy more a The Edge battle between u2 as I don't know the map you two played on

I dont wanna take the credit from dahang but it seems that purri didnt play too serious, looks like he underestimate dahang at the start but when dahang started to get some frags he shifted grear and started to play better, thou he used to much rail AS USUAL, and he didnt dodge any rocket, he jumped into every rocket dahang fired.
But like i said, dahang played it very calm and aimed good but purri should'nt lose against anybody at q2duel, perhaps the nerves played him a little prank?

lol i am confused... after i read the comments here (before i launched the demo) i thought its gonna be a one-sided game... how wrong was i.... all ppl here who say spawn-rape etc ... guys i think u watched a different game then... purri made a comeback and basically he could have won it but he fked up that red armor (3:20 left on the clock) when it was still a "one frag game"... and after that it was just a gg call... and deserved win for dahang!

he played smarter and better... there is no doubt that it wasnt about the aim or luck... they both had equal chances and the better player won! and for those who dobut in this guy believe me, he is the only real good dueler here in america and especially plays well on ztn2dm3 (still luck? i guess not)... most ppl think that since purri owned qcon 2 seasons ago that there arent any good q2 players here... they simply didnt go 2 qcon (for instance dahang... and by the time naymlis) but well... thats the way it is! peace
