You have to be able to justify it not just appeal to whatever 'common sense' or 'current standards' but really justify it. I didn't say prejudice is right or wrong but we had had slavery for hundreds of years and it was ok because they were 'niggers' thus inferior. The sound in MVD for spectators is not obscured by the walls(CPM's sound system). For the spectators however its perfectly fine, thats why you hear stuff that he can't.

av3k is other level player in q3, noctis is allstar now, like czm, col, jibo and so on..
buuuuuuut, avek got super skills now from q4, if he will want, he will be monster in q3, but if he will want.. :) everone from us, can play much with good players and become super .. simple as 1+1 :)

av3k plays pretty good for not been very active for a few years, noctis has been supr serious, i bet he and spartie (not offence) are the guys that has played most since everyone else quitted...

but ye no doubt that noctis is very good but if they play at ESWC my prediction is win for av3k on every map except for hub.... ( no fun games)

this should be banned in quakelive imo

edit: apparently it's already locked it in cpma. sorry for that noctis :D

anyway, id software should fix this issue in quakelive. shooting through walls isnt such a good idea.

The curves in Q3 aren't an accurate representation of the actual map. The actual collision area is a lot less and the curves often cover up space you can shoot.

Seriously now, play as you like. I chose not to mess with the curves after a few attempts to play this way. It's not useful enough (arguably though, those rails of yours could be decisive) to make the game looks like crap.

Besides, letting you shoot through walls isn't the same as seeing + shooting your opponent through them. This argument should do the job I think :)
