instead of using right or left handness try the center one.
you won't see the weapon at all.

Not in a 'legal' way. We used to have a client that had a command to remove it, but it's considered a cheat, and that client is not legal to use anymore. If I recall correctly this was called 'Xania'. Weapon shaking is part of Q2.

You can use /Hand 2 = Center command to not see the weapon, but the crosshair will still shake when you get hit and land from high jumps.
