Incredible air rocket. After 9 years of quake3, i almost reached that skill level. I hope one day i will hit an air rocket like that.

When i grow up, i want to be an air rocket just like that.

I have to say this air rocket has got to be the greatest achievement of mankind.

I'm glad everyone enjoyed my airrocket for the most part.

I wasn't trying on T4 because it didn't matter, so if thats the only demo you watched you wasted your own time. I was just pointing out that I started trying around the 12th minute and the game turned in my favor from that point on.

ZTN was very competitive and is worth watching. There were many rules in place however (certain commands couldn't be in the config, certain other things couldn't be used, etc). I had to dull my config down. Unfortunately no one checked anything; We didn't even have admin spectators.

Although pyro is a well-known player, there may have been speculation of him cheating in the past (according to that). I really thought I would beat him in ZTN, and things were looking good for a while but then I started to get curious..

Pyro had a great attitude as well, and I think he played his game top notch. Although "snipers" frusterate me more than anything, he played very well.

Regardless of anything I just think that if rules were in place, I wish they were enforced. I briefly brought the thought up to an admin after the match, but I didn't receive a response and didn't give 2 shits anyway.

I'm gonna go back to DooM 3 which is what I excel at ( close quarters / no rail )

I just wanted to take a moment here to thank everone for making this possible.

Your interest in me has helped contribute to my decision of continuing my campaign towards becoming a Quake III Arena professional dueler. Specifically though, I have my sights set on Quake Live. As Xaero is to Arena Eternal, I plan on being to Quake Live.

Quake Live should be preventing the extensive use of console commands and also, eliminate all aim bots. This will allow me to succeed, since there are so many cheaters in my home country; I'm with ZeRo4 on that one - although he was logical enough to stay away from the corrupted ESWC qualifier.

Quake 3 could be so much better with the right visual modifications. Not new graphics, just new art. Maybe it would work well if artists updated maps like once in a while, to reflect changes in quality of play? I mean, people are not so good at playing when they are new. Maybe the map art should change with the player-art?

What if you colored all the walls neon-black? The players could be almost any color and still be perfectly visible.

For visual modifications, it helps if you don't use headphones. Might work even better to use earplugs or make sure everything is silent. You know, transfer brain energy from sound to sight.
