I can tell you are overfat from how your face looks, eat a better diet and train if you're unhappy about it, otherwise die because it saves society money and resources.
theres, obese, theres fat, theres chubby and theres puppy fat, your chubby, you have weight around your face so im assuming you must have weight about your stomach, if you run 3 to 5 times a week, and just drink water and eat no carbs 4 hours before bed time, you can lose them cheeks in 6 weeks.
PS. your face may just been structually broad, but there is still a little weight to be lost.
I went from 6'3 285 lbs to 230 lbs in 7 months. I have excess fat around my belly, but I don't see what is so "fat" about me. My personal trainer say's that I have to COMPLETELY deprive my body of ALL sugar, drink these disguesting shakes that I often vomit trying to drink. The thing is, is that I lost 60 lbs mostly without anyone's help. I just stopped eating foods that are bad and fattening.
My trainer, who is a 48 year old woman, say's that I have to get down to 140-150 lbs "if I want to look good".
6 7 small portions of food per day, cut down on carbs and fats massively, drink water avoid sugary drinks and so on. Eat a lot of fish, salads, tuna, low fat cottage cheese, mild meats like chicken, gradually cutting down your foot intake. And run 5 times per week, u will shed weight off its that easy.
