can somebody explain me why so much buzz around diablo 3 ; sounds like an awaited game, then all I see in diablo is the same bullshit grind mmorpg boredom gameplay but offline

If you've never played Diablo 2 online you probably won't understand why.

It's nothing like MMORPGs for a start. It's more like a Hack 'n Slash with great depth in character advancement, great atmosphere, fun fights all the way through the game, great bosses etc. (gotta ninja those rare items!)

Sure it's the "same" shit over and over but only in exactly the same way that Quake 3 is the "same" shit over and over.

don't forget that monster often EXLPODE like BLOOD BOMBS painting the floor with BLOOD and GUTS soundtracked by the best SPLAT effect ever
