That's what I would have said, but when I loaded promode no dynamic light was working no matter hat variable i used.

Even when I deleted both configs from baseq3 and cpma,
It worked fine in baseq3.

iirc quake3.exe+cpma=dynamiclights disabled, because they're broken in some way, that issue is fixed in cnq3 so you can use dynamic light
or something like that

i think you need to set r_vertexlight 2 for dynamic lights.

Dlights got re-added on vq3 flags since the vq3 crowd likes inbuilt wallhack.

I don't know why ppl spend so much time on making these small changes to their configs... I rather spend my time playing the game than making crazy configs.

lights on rockets is very annoying

and hits fps

I guess I assume most people have PCs that can play Q3 on max settings and still get 125fps. I guess that's not the case.

I don't really have a problem with the lights on rockets because it never crossed my mind before.
