I just installed it and there are quite a few inconveniences.

1. I post on both Polish and English-language websites and I very much like to check my spelling in both languages. To change the dictionary in FF, I only have to click the right option in a pop-up menu. And to do it in Google Chrome, I have to turn on the options window, find it, switch it, restart the browser, and only then I have it switched! Holy fuck!

2. If you want to enter a site without typing in a domain, it'll redirect you to google and you'll be one more click away from your desired page. This was described here: http://www.esreality.com/?a=post&id=1607174 But also, if you'll mistakenly enter, for instance, www.esreality.za, it may highlight this particular address when you type in just "esreality" without the domain. As a consequence, when you press enter, you're fucked, because you won't get to esreality this way :P

3. It doesn't have adblock :<<<<

4. It may fuck up some websites. Example.

chrome is like a ferrari which I would drive on this limited autoban bandwidth ; I'll stay with my quick-enough-car which got all those usefull features for the moment and keep an eye midly interested on chrome's evolution

I've been having some issues with sites not loading until I click them a second or third time with Firefox 3 that I had assumed to be my internet connection until I noticed them all working fine when using chrome. The interface is nice and it's quite fast, but it has a few functionality problems that could be better.

Until it has noscript and adblock, I won't switch.

I tried it a bit yesterday. First look is quite impressive, it looks good and you'll get a nice overview over the sites since chrome doesn't have any extra bars except tabs and url field.
The fact it doesn't have adblock buggs me a lot.

Had about 10 tabs open and chrome didn't require more than 30mb of ram, that's something that won't happen in firefox :)
On the other hand chrome was using about 6-10% CPU all the time, even when I wasn't actually using the webbrowser. This is quite an issue for me, since I've got a soon 4 year old computer my cpu isn't the best. That can on the other hand be the flash banners that adblock removed.

I think I'll wait a bit before I switch, if I switch at all.
Chrome simply doesn't feel as solid as Firefox does yet.

but then if it's 6-10% of a 4 year old cpu it's not that much of a problem for most people.

Almost every browser (including IE) has "Mozilla/" in it's user agent info. It's a legacy and compatibility issue. Full user agent for Chrome is: "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US) AppleWebKit/525.13 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/0.2.149.27 Safari/525.13". Notice the bolded part.

Lacks few crucial features of Opera (like recovering closed tab with Ctrl+Z, content blocking, zooming). Hopefully they will be implemented in Chrome, or Opera will implement some of the Chrome features in their next one (Opera X or whatever it will be called).
