if it's a movie you have should no problem replacing the textures and plying the demos (did it for mine once and rtcw is build on the q3 engine)
so just select any color you like ;)
Personally I find to much monochrome too boring for the viewer, but it's your choice.
Damn now my attempted troll might actually be helpful :´((

I have no idea how many there really are. but there aren't that many different sizes, so just unpack the folder order by resolution, and then it's just open, c&p, save, repeat.
I'd guess without the unpacking / repacking about two hours?
