Yeah, i figured that one out when i visited the site. I was wondering why it expired? Did promode crew had money issues or something? If so, why wasn't any note? I think community of a (few?) thousand players should be able to maintain a site : i'd donate for sure.

well, it actually seems to have been updated before the expiration date. maybe the charging method was slow. in any case, the domain is still retained by whomever purchased it in 2000; it just defaulted to parked nameserver after the expiration date, which is pretty common with registrars these days. someone renewed it and hasn't updated the authority records.

it seems that cpm is dead now, :(

it's probably not a big deal. Their registrar has probably called them by now, and on a technicality will need "approval" to renew the billing. It's one of my jobs at work, calling people to tell them they need to renew their registered domain.
So, no big deal.
