No one won, the tourney was cancelled before the finals. They wouldn't let the players play the finals and were told to split the prize money. Cooller and ZeRo4 (who were in the grand finals) were going to play in their hotel rooms, but never got around to it for some reason :/

The money was split:
1. cooller
2. zero4
3. elp

doesn't matter. he would have won anyway. it was a very close tournament between the 3 of them but cooller was just one small step ahead.
