Surkin is much more in the vein of ghetto tech artists like DJ Funk, DJ Assault, the Miami Bass stuff and even sample maniacs guys like Mr. Oizo. His style is based on repetition and cut-up vocal samples with a slight 90ies rave feeling other than Justice who have a more genuine feeling on their songs with their thumbing bass, playful melodies and actual lyrics (whether they make sense or not is a different story). Feadz, yes, he sounds quite like Justice, but they are on the same label, what do you expect? :)
