if you goto www.teamliquid.net and goto the VODs section and download the latest VODs via torrent then you will get better quality video, but theres no HD.

I didn't really want to mean real HD anyway -I'm lacking vocabulary-, just something better than the youtube-like quality I've seen on gom tv ; too difficult to get all that's going on for an almost total sc newbie like me

you can watch lots of the sc vods in high quality on youtube. the quality is really good imo.
