Because the zergs are too fucking dumb to try to find something new too. Like using the queen against toss or something.

Until a gosu zerg finds something new and does it, everyone will do the same strat again and again. And then everyone will copy from the guy who'll have found the strat.

years ago we had the same situation with zerg, some zergs had 90% win vs toss but then bisu build changed... jae dong will change it for zerg.

that was hyvaas strat i think.

the reason it did well imo was the fact that terran players expect zerg to go muta for mid game, which JD faked. this gives zerg the time they need to get their lurkers etc.
