its all relative, most people realize a game is a game, but I also believe that some people develop albeit by environment or genetics mental health issues, daniel's lawyer likely did use that belief to reduce daniel's sentence falsely, but it is also plausible that he had severe mental health issues that may make the judges comment more genuine, even so, it is impossible to know whether games made him do that or not, the only link you could argue is the addiction aspects of the case, everything else such as playing games cannot and should not be used.

I know this sounds extreme, but I really can't wait until all the old, out of date minds that have fucked up today's world kick the bucket and let it be replaced with a newer generation of people who were not brought up such with such an out of date way of thinking.

A broken relationship, a parent dying, a lyric in a song. These people are walking time bombs and their fate is not related to a specific or avoidable action. But an inevitability.

its always down to the same old thing! upbringing and environment, its not even totally genetic, yeah people can be more likely to become killers then others through genetics but it doesn't no were near guarantee that they will become killers.
