Belkin Business Development Representative Michael Bayard has been caught offering to pay anyone willing to leave perfect reviews

So the guy simply spread that request and offered money.... I find it hard to believe a representative could be so dumb. There are way more secure ways to get false reviews anyways. He also must have had acces to the company's money without justifying it?
