It's not fake! There are some new to be tested features excluding CQ3. If qrealka made them, he is allright to test it. Some of the features:
Transparent beam for LG
Extended cg_altLightning
#N token for both nick and name
HUD for Coaches
New random generator, which is ought to solve cpm22 repeating spawns
Gameplay-mode settings problems
I thought cq3 was supposed to be a 'better' vq3 (nowadays), not an entirely seperate gamemode, which it is being turned into. Not that I mind that much but unfortunately if it's too different people just wont play it. They probably wont play it anyway, but it's more likely if it's more vq3-like...
cq3 is not related to vq3 at all now i think vq3 must be fixed for eswc without any connection to cq3. just a few changes - LG, RG, SG, spawnsystem and all. we just need someone who can coordinate it including minimal testing and i think arQon will agree to change vq3.

No. I can't see vq3 will never being fixed. There are simply to many retards clinging to a gameset created for 1998 pings/mice/fps. For anything to change an official patch from ID would have to be released. The odds of that happening are about 0.
cq3 IS supposed to be vq3 version2. And personally I think backpacks are taking things a step too far away from vq3.
This is the first time that i have to agree with you. Changing hitsound was a great step forward, but why they implemented those other shitty things ? Now cq3 has no chance to replace vq3 beacuse it is too different.
at the beginning vq3 was not in cpma and afaik it was included only because of cpl. so what's the reason to remain vq3 unchanged? we just need possibly last big q3 event ESWC with fixed gameplay.
about cq3 with last changed - for me its a mystery who are the audience of it? 1% of vq3ers or 10% of cpmers? (second even smaller)
the reason is that the pathetic community is unable to address the broken things in vq3 and agree on changes that could be made, or test it. so instead of messing with a clueless bunch of retards and a clusterfuck of players*2 opinions, you keep the same old gameplay as vq3 for all those who don't like change, and then try to develop a vq3.v2 with cq3 in addition for those who actually care.
and no, both vq3 and cq3 have been in cpma for ages and I'm quite sure that dates back to way before cpl (maybe it has even always been a part of cpma, cba to look it up)
if you fix SG spread everybody will happy with it. if you reduce damage of LG from 8 to 7 and remain cripple effect noone retard even notice that. the same thing with RG. only one thing which can lead to "messing with a clueless bunch of retards" is spawnsystem but if you fix it and remain bugs for initial spawning (first moment in match) again noone retard will notice that.
and vq3.v2 is good option
