Remapkey.exe - Uses the inbuilt key remapping feature in Windows XP. You can remap keys manually by changing settings in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout\Scancode Map. This small tool just makes it much easier.
