Let's say gravity/weight is responsible for 75% of the movement and momentum is responsible for 24%. That means the human ()() would only need to provide 1%.

Based on a pendulum design, if the object rotates a full 360º, from rest at 12 o'clock, the object should move all the way to 9 or 10 o'clock (if rotation is clockwise). In other words, 75%.

My guess would be that the end result would be a pendulum that stops swinging after a while. The magnets on each side, as the pendulum swings away, would still be enacting force against the downward motion of the pendulum. If the magnets were electromagnetic, and turned off once the pendulum reaches the full stroke to either side, it would work. But then again, this isn't a perpetual motion machine in the traditional sense. Routing the power of the pendulum to creating an electromagnet would only further to reduce the energy in the system.

There is no periodic machine that will produce energy from gravitation or any other potential. That follows from the laws of thermodynamics.

You can get very far with variations on the Carnot Cycle (cars, fridges, heat pumps, etc...)
