OSP + Q3 and various maps, that's about it. I don't play random mods and I see no reason to keep old demos laying. Many think it is cool to save (and possibly watch) old demos but for me demos are mainly to learn and I tend to learn more from fresh demos, as the overall skill of the players improve.
