Use a dif picmip. That looks like picmip 5 (read: looks like ass)
Turn on gun model.
lower the fov, 120+ is not ideal for speccing.

It is picmip 5 and it works fine for me.
Gun model sucks.
FOV is 115 and also fine for me.

ok, if you just hate clear visuals that's your thing, but at least change it for when you're gonna up it to youtube.

I'm not trolling, I just think picmip 5 is retarded. Isn't that the old CPL standard? It certainly doesn't make it any better for getting the BS out of the way than a nice clean picmip 15 (my preference), and it makes it butt ugly compared to picmip 0 (or 1, same diff, afaik).
And gun model is better for the non-quakers I might want to show the matches to, so they have an idea of what's going on.
FWIW I made the same mistake years ago when I made my one 4 minute frag video, going back and forth with gun model on and off.
I still think fov 100, picmip 15, and cg_drawgun "1" would look much better. :P
