I heard a lot of people on other forums saying they just put it through the washing machine and it came out fine.

But, I wouldn't recommend it until some people here actually suggest it.

Sounds a bit hardcore. I think that would make the texture lose all the grip.

I put mine in a pillow case, then washing machined it. Probably not required but I felt like I should give it some protection.

ive been using the same supermat since 2003 - throw it through the washing machine every 6 months or so. comes out brand new.

I just use a wet piece of cloth and wipe it clean. Comes out brand new as well here...

I got the thinner qck +, just put it in a bowl of warm water, apply some soap to your hands and rub it in lightly.

Give it a good rise, then just place it flat down to dry naturally.
Done it about 6 times in 2 years good pad, only problem is the edges to start to frey, but I think that's wear and tear from arm.

Rotate it around to make it even.

Machine wash is complete overkill.
