There will be some announcements soon hopefully. The project is not dead by any means, but has taken a slightly different route due to this global recession and the game not being done (it is still Quake Live though ;)). I have been reluctant to announce anything since based on time or specifics just because so many companies right now are coming and going and money is running very low for promotional aspects of esports (sponsors).

Yes we are throwing out a game a week to keep people entertained and coming to agptour.com during this slowness. We have a huge amount of things to announce but are waiting for the right time. Apologies for delays in this but we are doing the best we can regarding speed. Obviously no one predicted this economy bs.

We are hoping to launch the AGP and have all announcements by QuakeCon. One that happens, because of the unique way the AGP is going to be, which most of you do not know yet, we should be around forever. Or rather, you will be around forever ;).

Your very own timeline says he wasn't even in the top 6. He was 2nd in Qcon 2002 after losing the finals to Lexer and 2nd at WCG USA 2002 (placing 13-16 at the world finals), but that's as close as he ever got.

Are you sure you didn't revise some of the actual text? I remember seeing quite a lot that wasn't in the original.

I added newer stuff, from 2007 and 2008, but the original stuff was unchanged, just changed the formatting of it.
