in 5 minutes, cypher is aiming many times in the wrong direction, expecting enemy to be there, and is shooting many no clue rockets
general idea when you watch an ordinary demo with timescale 0.25 is the player have no clue where other player is, which in walters pov is not the case
regarding your video, can't say for sure about other cases, excepting last case, when walter shoots exactly on solid's model when coming through teleporter doesn't look like hack to me, because if you watch carefully, he comes through teleporter and shoots exactly the same corner to the left, a few seconds before, when solid isn't there, so this looks like routine

ZeRo4 just got back into the game at the time of that match, everyone agreed how rusty he was and some even wondered if it was really him. Also what people seem to forget, or more likely just ignore because it's bad for their case. This is not a random demo someone found somewhere. But it was uploaded specifically by walter because he thought he played well against ZeRo4.

Just look at the video of cypher playing against spartie (which you even mentioned) with shownormals but even timescale 1.0! it looks about as fishy as this.
That again proves how good the top players are, and why there really is NO money to be earned in competitive quake. If you then consider the argument that walter sucks in officials, (some say it's because of hacks, some believe his nerves argument) there really is no money in it.

And also if he really has bad nerves going to a LAN to prove how good he is would be a dumb idea. Because the pressure to prove himself would be very high and his nerves might easily fail.
