Explain Dahang, Chance, and Boots being removed then. Those were the only 'pros' who entered, and Destructoid made up bullshit to get them removed from the tournament so their shitty casual players can win something.

Destructoid is a bunch of fucking idiots who don't even know how to run a tournament (The COD4 tournament they're running is worse then the QL one). Even Dtoid staff were PLAYING IN THE TOURNAMENT.

They've yet to prove or show ANYTHING that Chance and Dahang did that. They basically made up shit to give prizes to non-pro players.

Both Weird and TorZelan are pro players, except Torz ain't pro in Quake.

Dahang and Chance were disqualified for playing the same people 10x over to try and get more wins than everyone else and get the best seed in the bracket final. There is a statement about it on Destructoid's website.

You could have brought up Gillz' comment on their website about it as well for more fun.

What they did remained within the bounds of the rules, everyone on top refused to play chance and dahang. I believe chance was able to play weird one game which he won convincingly. Unfortunately with the rule set that was stated, refusing games was quite easy to do without being detected by admins.

To level the playing field, and allow chance the opportunity to make it into the playoffs, I signed up and played him several times. These games were all legit and I lost all of them. Mind you this was probably a much more difficult way for chance to get into the top 6 as opposed to playing a bunch of casuals over and over. The admins failed to see that this was in no way a violation of rules and decided to make up rules after the final day of play. They blacklisted me and removed all the games I played without consulting me or any other players.

Yeah I can see where everything went wrong in this then.. pretty fucking stupid of destructoid...

Obviously no one any good would want to play those 2 and with the ability to refuse, 0 games for chance and dahang. laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaame.

Weeks back someone showed me how they were playing their own accounts to get wins. Personally I don't care because it's a video game. And they're arguing over a computer supposedly worth a month's salary in the "real world", Even if they really were playing family members(? or w/e they did) they should have known it would look shady as fuck, so I don't have any pity for them.

Even more hilarious is when people start throwing around ridiculous threats in their defense.

wb final vs gandhi was 20 - 7 (actually was a nice match for the first 7 min or so...really close untill I caught him off guard and got him off of the spawn a couple of times ;))
and grand final was also vs gandhi and ended 19 - 2... where I basicly had control for most of the game.
