this vacation i had alot of time to spare and i also have to do back exercise 2 times a day cause i had alot of back trouble. I decided this would be a good time to also do other exorcises since im already busy anways. But im not really sure what the good exercises are.
What i want is abit of arm muscles and abit of abs. What i am doing know are :
-several exercises with weights which involve my arms. i have to do these for my back but i mostly feel them in my arms
-pushups
-situps
-deep knee bends
So is this stuf any good? 2 times a day not enough to achieve things? you know better exercises?
Also, i dont want to do some kind of silly diet. And also i dont want to become a friggin body builder, just a little bit of muscle to feel better :)
P.S: im not overweight :P
