Activision released the Wolfenstein 1.1 Patch client/server for PC.
This update adresses some small fixes, including balancing problems and adding the sound menu. There are no performance tweaks yet.
Patch is available via autodownload or manually, client & server.
Some players celebrate the release (celebrate picture), others dont (video).
The retail mp of Wolfenstein was identicall with the leaked beta before the patch.
Hannes, the creator of ETQWpro, started working on competition mod WolfPro (Source).
In the meantime the young Endrant Studios who is responsible on the multiplayer part of Wolfenstein, announces layoffs just on release day of the retail version (Source). To let people go is not uncommon in the gaming industry after a title is done.
Bu the question is, could the studio deliver future updates with less people.
