Why is this so difficult for me. :(

Then where are the demos from l1nkin/l1nkje? It would be awesome to have the ones from QC'09, but right now any would do.

Help a newb out, please?

There have barely been any (2?) CTF tournaments in Quake Live, and the QuakeCon demo's haven't been released yet. At best, you could try asking him yourself.
