And with statements is obviously the reception of the readers / listeners. The rules for language are neither specific enough nor stable enough to allow a complete certainty. e.g. Just look at politicians who talk for a living, even they sometimes say things that can be understood in a wrong way and only alter say statement after a public response.
Another example is from this forum. Someone wrote a statement and instead of one period he pressed the key twice and made it look like he was going for the sarcastic "...". Of course, because he was influenced by his intention of how he wanted it to sound, he didn't see that and didn't understand people's reaction.
Yet, you insist that you can both know every possible interpretation of a given statement as well as ignore your own intention and look at it objectively. And I doubt that.

the question was can i judge if something is ambiguous, not if something is completely certain.. i dont question ambiguity exists, i just say that i can judge if something is ambiguous or not and which interpretation could be made and which would be valid; some interpretations are false if one wouldnt read properly and interpret according to the rules of the language

Surely there are many instances in which the meaning of something said or written is completely certain and not ambiguous, thats the whole point of having a language, and why dictionaries and other language books exist.
