Well, I've never played on it in any game until I played some QL FFA on USA East.

I tried my hand at Australian FFA too, but the 300 ping was getting a bit much.

tried 200 on California servers today. was...interesting.

300 ping on Aussie servers!?! How much do you ping to SA? (Well you might wanna wait for QL servers, but the lowest I ever pinged to UK servers was 220, although I knew someone in the UK connect to our servers at 180 ping.)

PS. Australia is more than twice the distance from the UK than SA.

Well, QL scoreboard ping could be inaccurate but I was on some Sydney servers with around 300 ping from a BT 8meg connection.

Depending on the routing I guess that could make South Africa playable, since I've played on USA servers with 100-200 ping (100 was pretty fine, 200 less so naturally).

For QL? I'll be up for it.
