Of course that would mean the first two players have worse odds, than the last one (who one the last time around :P)

No rules, they play each one after the other. The one still standing when we decide to stop is called the king.

Nah, that's not how a regular KotH would work. It's like simple elimination: once you lost you you don't play anymore.

After all one player gets to stay on top, play and knock players out. So as opposed to SE, there is a "king", and the format is easy to broadcast!
I agree my proposal (which actually fits with koth #2, as well) is not perfect. But a usual approach, would be something like "win two/three games in a row". Or maybe, since that collides with your time restrictions, calculate a win/loss-ratio afterwards.

But doing it like you do atm can always lead to a result as in koth #1, where Av3k went 3-1 but noctis was declared king despite only going 2-1. It's even possible for someone to go 1-2 an still be "winner".
And I doubt that that's what viewers want to see...

(as an "on the fly" analogy: it would be like a soccer match where the referee tosses a coin after every goal. If it's heads the team that scored wins the game. If it's tails the game continues.)

That KotH is for fun, it's not a real competition.

sure, but I don't see any reason why a fun competition can't have some sort of ruleset regarding results.

well koth 4 was won i though cos vizari had 2 wins 1 loss and others had 2 losses he was only one with 1 loss. and he won the last 2 matches of the night.
