For a very long time now I've put up with this shabby connection to the internet. Its free orange broadband that my sister got with her mobile phone ;)
On a morning QL plays fine, after work around 6pm onwards its unplayable. Ping spikes and swings from 30 to 150, the lagometer looks like its having a party!
It looks as if congestion is my problem but doesn't a game connection only require something like 10kbs constant flow? surely any broad band connection can manage 'that'?
I'm sick of it and don't wanna start paying for a "better"/different connection if the problems going to re-occur because of my area or if the problem could possibley be something else?
Any help? and any good, super cheap UK ISP's?
