lets start with the stream:
+ no buffering and not much whine in the comments/on irc, so i guess no major problems at all. gamma is also fine now.
+ the quality is fine, you can read and get everything, and that even without prem. (though i have prem and im a bit sad that the dubai internet isnt strong enough for it)
+ showing the players after the match and doing these little match pre-talk is great. the cameras are worth it.
+ i like the cfg, though high picmip might be arguable, but i like it. and the esl even tweaked the cfg, using a low r_subdivisions now, which is better. also works good with the additional player window. on the other hand, i would like to see the new hitsounds being used.
+/- showing the player in the screen is a good thing. but it would be even better if it was synced with the pov and varied a bit with showing the player from behind to actually see them play.
- what i miss most about gtv is the community atmosphere it brings, an implemented chat (maybe just some java irc client) would maybe help a bit.

commentating:
+jay and 2gd are doing a good job, as always. as someone already stated, jay sometimes talks to much/long about things that happened, missing some of the current action. maybe joe should just interrupt him sometimes with a quick "wow, what a great fight going on here"
+ guest commentators are awesome. carmac and 2gd work so well together. and having a player like rapha just adds so much knowledge. and cooller... do i need to say anything more? cooller!!
- i almost never got to hear who eliminated what maps, would have been interesting

information:
+ the esl site is always up-to date with results, demos, etc. also a lot of twitter updates and ppl on irc. almost couldnt be better.
+ posting on esr \o/. and carmac you are right, esr is positive for once. and you know why? because your doing great work. ppl are always complaining about how ungrateful esr is and stuff, but for the most part its more about being realistic and honest. you do something good, ppl do appreciate it.
+ nice official gallery with very good pics that can even be used by other sites. might do a best of here for esr when its over.
+/- score bots would be great for overlapping matches and would help coverage in general. but i dont know if there are any problems with ql that make this impossible

the tournament:
+ schedule that makes us watch almost every game and that works without delays
+ fucking awesome games
+ i like the fromat. group stage + single elim gets everyone some games, i quite fair and always intense
+/- the maps: we had some great games on t9 although i dont like playing it. i miss t4, but i wouldnt wanna kick out any other map before it, too^^. still the bo5 with all maps played will be great.
- prize money could be better (esl obviously would also be happy about mroe money, but its still a real letdown) you really have to give props to the clans for sending their players.

id software:
+ its great that they helped out with lan servers
+ glad to see ttimo being so euphoric about the tournament
- ql is not only replacing q3, its doing a lot better, but id seems to almost ignore it lately. it sucks to be so dependent on the company instead of the community (yeah this one is not really about the tournament, but i was reminded of this again)
