get their panties all twisted over words? Then we try and ban words or not allow people to say certain things? Like we preach tolerance but not tolerance for intolerance?
I've always felt we try and change what other people do instead of changing how we react to those words. Words aren't inherently racist or ignorant. They are merely sounds. We as humans give them meaning. So, instead of say getting offended and trying to ban words or people from using those words, we control how we react to them. No more trying to enforce changes on people. There will always be words. Change ourselves first. If something offends us, remember to ask why such a word would be offensive and why do we give it that power or meaning. If we make them we can change them.
Will - is one primary example.
Honestly though wtf is wrong with people.
