ah ok.. i thought you improved the program, but the keyboard version is much nicer :).. really nice job. I gave it to my friend who has difficulties with timing. You should keep working on it and improve it. Maybe add some way to learn the numbers first.. basically learn the answers first, like fox's table.
I know there is quakers like my friend who really really suck at even simple addition. You could make some kind of addition for absolute beginners. Some kind of feature that makes it easy for people who missed out on primary school.
Also the nicer the program looks, the more impulses it gives to the brain, the better it will teach. So maybe you could implement some more visual thingies. I know i am talking very vaguely here but so are my thoughts.

Only 12 calculations

For the armors, sames techniques for the MH (+35).
Fox excel is too complex.

Example in game :

If timer is 02:42 + Armor

i just rounded the 42 to 40, so 40 + 25 ...

Specifically he asked, if you could put two timers next to eachother and mimic a situation where you see your enemy take blue and you time that, then you run up the stairs and you collect and time red for example.

Or other way around, or yellow and red etc. Just two timers that force you to quickly make more calculation. Perhaps even three timers or four timers for the more advanced? Like on T9 map.. you could time the yellows and the blue.

Also ingame, you must time and remember these 1-3 numbers (4 if you time all things in t9). So the memory part is important too.. Another thing you could add to mimic ingame situations.

yeah it will make it more challenging and it will make people much better and prepared in situations where they have to time and remember more than 1 object.. would be a very good training program :)

How am I supposed to beat a player who plays 6 hours a day? I already fall asleep after 2 hours of playing. I started playing ~2-3 hours a day but that's alreadt to much for me.

Ye I thought so too, then I found out I put the .DLL stuff in the wrong folder, hence why I need a timer program to help my braaaaaaaain in-game.

Well, for me the goal was not to do a simulator. Just to help people to do +25 or +35
sec in the head.

I found another training i like to do, since my timing is became ok, i just play a bot,
q3dm17 (i use quake III), and during 10 mn, i try to get all RA (at the perfect second) and doing the most
of frags of course.

well if u show them what the correct time was then it should help them remember it, and remembering times that you have memorized is much faster to recall than adding up numbers.

Do you guys really time all armors and the mh. Like taking the mega and adding 30-35 secodns to it. I don't, probably one of the many reasons I suck cock. Usually i'm too busy with tracking my enemy and shootin' putin.

I enjoy timing both mh and ra. not so difficult really. moreover you may know when some other items appear if you\opponent took it before\after the item you've timed.

This can help with getting the time in the first place. Then the harder part is left, remembering that time 15-25 seconds later after some distractions. :)
Dunno how that could be incorporated though.

easy: add some porn that runs for 15-25 seconds, then the player has to put the number in again.

my problem is not calculating but forgetting time in heat of battle :P vs a bot i can time eveything np. but vs people i always forget it :(

btw, how do you guys keep ra and mh time apart? current system i have is i just repeat "R 43 M 50" in my head (if 43,50 are the times ofc.). but still i often mess up the mh and ra time

usually I time offset for mega as times repeat every 3mins:

0:05, 0:40, 1:15, 1:50, 2:25, 3:00 -> start from scratch

only ra left to time separately, too lazy to remember times for that though :o
