i saw several threads about a cosmetic change for clanarena-servers, namely to allow 1v1 clanarena, or duelarena as it is called for real

anyway, i made a channel on quakenet #ql.duelarena
if you want to play duelarena come to this channel.

the idea behind the channel is to find 6 people who are interested in playing duelarena and then populate a 6man ca-server

who adds up first plays first, then when somebody reached 10 roundwins the loser goes to spec and the next player can play and so on

it is too much of a hassle to change the players after each round so i think playing a whole match is better, it doesnt take that long to reach 10 rounds
