Alright pro gamers,
It's that time of the year again where the UK Quake community will make little to no effort in selecting a new Captain and running our traditional trials for player selection.
Current Captains:
TDM: TBA
CTF: exec/derailed.styl0r
CA: k1ck/dignitas.zsx
Requirements for TDM Captain Selection:
- A single player can only captain the team once i.e. a new captain for each Nationcup (probably Q1/Q2 & Q3/Q4 of 2010.
- Has had higher level experience in TDM.
** Previous Q3 Captains are still welcome to apply.. different game **
Will be responsible for:
- Selection of players for the UK squad
- Organising/Playing in the Nationcup
If you want to be involved in the trials for player selection, or take part in the captaincy vote, hop into #ql.uk on quakenet and wait for more information. Anybody is welcome provided they are a UK national (hense the writing of this post). So even if you just want to have a couple of games with the best of breed, you're more than welcome.
